NAILS System


UF Habitat for Humanity implements a completely voluntary "NAILS" system to incentive our many student volunteers to become more involved with all the different activities UF Habitat does each semester.

 

Each month, the three students with the most nails from the previous month will be recognized on this website and during the first general body meeting of that month.


The nail allocation system works as outlined below:

 

UF Habitat NAILS System


Attend a meeting = 10 nails
Committee Meeting = 20 nails
Attend a social= 25 nails
Attend a UF HFH event = 20 nails
Volunteer at a UF HFH event = 35 nails
Help with the Fall/Spring Fundraiser = 75 nails
Build Day/Volunteer Day = 50 nails
Collegiate Challenge Participant= 200 nails
Collegiate Challenge Team Captain = 400 nails

Notice by Friday Morning
= -50 nails/Can’t Attend Next Two (2) Builds
