Thank you for your interest in UF Habitat for Humanity! There are multiple ways in which you help out our campus chapter and be part of the organization. Here is how you can start:
1. Attend a General Body Meeting
Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:20pm throughout the school year, normally in Rinker 240. Here is where you can learn about Habitat for Humanity’s mission, talk to officers, and get involved in all of our current events, including builds, fundraisers, and socials.

We host builds every Saturday morning from 8:30am to approximately 2:30pm at various locations around Gainesville. To find out more, click here to go to our Builds tab!

5. Go to Collegiate Challenge
Collegiate Challenge is an alternative Spring Break trip with Habitat for Humanity where a group of volunteers will travel to another Habitat affiliate somewhere in the country, live in housing provided by the affiliate, and work at the construction site during the entire week, while visiting and exploring the surrounding areas when given some extra free time.
Sadly, Collegiate Challenge is canceled up through Fall 2021. Stay tuned for other updates or contact our Collegiate Chair Officer at the link here.
